Focusshh Terms of Use

Effective date: 31 October 2026. Focusshh is provided by Focusshh ("we").

1. Who can use it. You must be 18 or older.
2. Your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my data).
3. Rooms and invites. Only share invite codes with people you want in your room. Be kind: don't use room names, tasks or anything else to harass, threaten, spam or share illegal content. We may remove content or accounts that do.
4. Wellness, not medicine. Focusshh and the Lullaby Loft are for focus, rest and winding down. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Keep the volume low so you can hear alarms. If sleep or focus is a persistent problem, speak to a doctor.
5. Our work. The app, its art, animations, sounds, names ("Focusshh") and text are ours and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute its art, audio or code, or publish copies or look-alike apps.
6. Open-source parts. Some parts of the app are open-source software under their own licences, listed in Profile → Open-source licences.
7. Changes and availability. We may change or stop features. We'll tell you in the app about important changes to these terms.
8. Liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka can hear any dispute. If you live in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can also go to your local courts.
